Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, very close to the CBD and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, but I found the balcony views quite disappointing as they only looked out onto other apartments. The service could have been friendlier, especially when I inquired about changing to a higher floor. Overall, it's a decent place for the price, but there are some improvements needed in certain areas.
The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center and close to everything I needed. The rooms had a nice view of the Story Bridge, although the balconies had limited views just overlooking other apartments. While the staff wasn't overly friendly, they did their job. I appreciated the grocery shopping service, but the laundry situation could have been better. Overall, it's a decent stay for the price, especially considering the central location.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. The rooms are clean and equipped with two bathrooms for added comfort, but the beds felt a bit too soft for my liking. I found the service to be lacking a bit of friendliness, especially when requesting a room upgrade, but overall, it was a decent stay for the value.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel, which is located very close to the city center and Southbank. The rooms were spacious and offered fantastic views, but I was a bit disappointed that the balcony just overlooked other apartments. The service was okay, though not particularly friendly when I requested an upgrade. The facilities seemed decent, but Wi-Fi was an additional cost, which was a letdown.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic—close to the city center while still being quiet enough to relax. The rooms were decent but didn’t have the best views, and the service could have been more accommodating. Overall, it offered good value, but the experience wasn't perfect.
